Absolutely what we were looking for.. small yet spacious and so close and walkable to locations around the area!

Great place right on the edge of down town. Alot of walkable restaurants and great ocean view... would definitely come and stay on our next trip to the island.

Nicely remodeled place right on the beach next to lots of great restaurants, bars, Chuck & Robbie's dive shop. A/C worked great. Fridge was cold. Lots of kitchenware. Hammock was very comfortable in the breeze. Can't go wrong. Host was very quick to respond with any questions, and provided a whole cabinet of beach toys and things to use if you want.

The seaweed smell was a bit strong during my stay. But the location is close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Right by the water. Close to water taxi as well. I’d recommend this place.

This was the perfect place with an excellent location. The owners were fabulous and very welcoming. They arranged the golf cart rental for us. The room was clean and very comfortable.

You can walk or you can rent a golf cart, everything is easily accessible, people are great, respectful and there is a lot of competition, therefore you can make decisions that make you happy, definitely would come back sooner than later, now I know why last night everyone dreamt of San Pedro, will be back, secret beach is worth the hype. thank you!!!!

Aqua Vista Hotel is ideally located, with everything conveniently close by. The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained throughout our stay.The staff truly made our experience outstanding. Noe was fantastic — incredibly responsive, communicative, and always quick to assist with any questions or needs. Carolina was equally wonderful, very friendly and attentive, promptly taking care of anything we needed in our room.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beautiful views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the walkable location made it perfect — with restaurants, shops, and activities all just a short stroll away.Thank you for a memorable stay!

Clean and functional accommodation, located near the center and across from the sea (Note: it's not a beach). One small drawback: Located next to very noisy restaurants, but everything is quiet at midnight.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the week and it was amazing! Everyone was so friendly. My boyfriend’s luggage didn’t make it to Belize and Mandy was amazing with helping us through the process of making sure it got to us! I can’t say enough good things about our stay here!

The managers were wonderful, welcoming and were very friendly! They were able to set up a birthday surprise for my partner with very last minute notice! Rooms were exceptionally clean, the location was fantastic! They also offer a free concierge service and connected us with wonderful companies… whether it be to get massages, go sailing, snorkeling and even arrange our very own private island escape for the day! There are some restaurants and bars very close to the hotel but you cannot hear any of the music when in the room and otherwise it’s very quiet, the bars do not stay open late and it’s not that loud regardless. Perfect place!

Safety: Felt very safe for two female travelers, there are cameras and they had us on the top floor! There are houses near by with people out and about so it wasn’t desolate.

We absolutely loved our visit at aqua Vista. Mandy and KP were the best, they were so helpful at all times. Aqua Vista was the perfect location. You could walk to everything! for breakfast cool beans was the best and then at night we seem to always end up at Sandy toes food was great at both places. The accommodations were clean and perfect for us. Highly recommend aqua Vista can’t wait to return.See you soon!!

We stayed at Aqua Vista for 7 nights. The Pattersons were wonderful hosts. The rooms were lovely and big. I loved the toiletries! The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. My only complaint was the noise at night. The Nauti Crab is very loud. If you close the bedroom door it's better. I suggest you bring earplugs, because everything else it perfect.

We had an amazing stay at Aqua Vista over Christmas break. Amanda and her husband were incredible!!!!! Friendly, responsive in a timely manner, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. They made sure we had everything we needed and shared great local recommendations. The location is perfect, right on the water and within easy walking distance to so many restaurants/bars and shops in San Pedro. The room was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable, AC in room was great, the space felt fresh and updated, and the water pressure was excellent, which made a big difference after long beach days. The beachfront setting really sets this place apart. Waking up to the water and being just steps from the ocean made our stay feel relaxed and special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Aqua Vista Beachfront Suites to anyone visiting Belize. Make sure to visit her restaurant before you leave (Fresh n Go), the breakfast was a perfect sendoff before heading back home to San Antonio.

Amazing stay at Aqua Vista. Mandy and her husband made it even better with their incredible hospitality. They helped us get a golf cart, they showed us the place and walked us through all the amenities. The room was amazing complete with a full kitchen. It was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. WiFi was available. They even had a utility room full of extras such as sunscreen, extra hats, bug spray etc. it was right in front of the beach. You can hear the ocean while swinging in the hammock right in front of your room. Bars are a walking distance away. You can park your golf cart in a private spot in the back. It was beyond what we were expecting. Also they have an amazing eatery right in front of the airport that served amazing food! Omg! I can’t even begin to tell you how good it was! Last but not least Mandy was great with communication. She made sure she gave you all the information she has for the area and she was always available for questions. Hands down the best place I’ve stayed and we have been to many countries.

This place is a true gem starting from right-at-the-beach location, spaciousness, comfort, all the way to the exceptionally amazing hospitality I have received. They offer unlimited fresh drinking water, snorkelling gear, beach towels, information, support anything you might think of for a nice relaxed holiday. I would return in the blink of an eye for more paradise experience on this beautiful island. highly recommend this place over anything that is more in town.

The place was awesome from the start. It's generously appointed and very nicely updated. The owners were so friendly and communication was excellent. Located right on the beach and centrally located where you can walk downtown to all the action. The airport was only a mile away. Can't say enough positive things about my stay at Aqua Vista.

From the moment we booked Aqua Vista Suites , they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and unforgettable. We had Mandy’s number before we got there and she made sure we knew the check in process etc, it was a last minute request for them to decorate for my partner’s birthday and they totally came through! Aqua Vista also offers to help with golf cart rental (must have in San Pedro) they have amazing concierge services that can set up yours and excursions, transportation, even to the mainland with room pick up! You don’t have to plan anything, Karen with Dee Kay can make almost anything you want to do possible! Ask about the in-room massages too! Even at night with just a few hours’ notice, which was fabulous, there is also a lady named Nadia a few feet down the beach who also gives incredible massages!.

The suites themselves were modern, clean, and comfortable, complete with kitchen amenities and waterfront views. There are some restaurant/ bars that do play music until around 10pm but you cannot hear them inside of your room. The coffee joint on the pier was great and opens very early! The hammocks were great for relaxing! AC was super cold and just overall a really great spot! With parking behind the suites for your golf cart!   

If you’re looking for a beachside stay where every detail is cared for and you are looking to have a “local feel” that’s close to everything then I’d definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here to celebrate a friends milestone birthday. Mandy and KP were there to greet us when we arrived and added special touches, like decorating the room for the occasion. Plus they were only a call away when we had any questions. It was nice that Mandy created a WhatsApp group before we got there, so most queries were dealt with before we arrived.

The apartments are 1 bedroom, with the option to turn the futon into the 2nd bed.

You're in a good location with several bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The accommodation provided everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely return.

We came here to celebrate my birthday, and were met with kindness and hospitality. Our room was decorated for my birthday, which was a pleasant surprise. The view from the hotel was beautiful, the location was close to food and bars. If you’re looking for beach front views without all inclusive prices, this is it!

We stayed at Aqua Vista in San Pedro as a group of 11, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed — and the location couldn’t have been better. Close enough to everything, but still peaceful and relaxing.

A special mention to the wonderful hosts, Mandy and KP, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even decorated my room for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch — it really meant a lot.

Whether you're travelling solo, as a couple, or in a large group like us, I can’t recommend Aqua Vista highly enough. We felt truly looked after, and we’ll definitely be back!

Booked on a layover for my flight. Hotel was close to airport and offered airport shuttle. Please be advised the shuttle only collects from terminal A & C. I arrived at terminal E, so had to get the train to C. Shuttle is every 30 mins. Room was comfortable and as advertised. Breakfast was included. They had a selection of hot and cold items. I would stay again.

Small relaxing beach villa in downtown San Pedro. We loved staying here and made us feel like a local! Housekeeper and owner are very nice. Highly recommended for a beach getaway.

KP and his wife were absolutely amazing! They were on point with texting and calling, the room was more beautiful than me and my wife thought it would be, he even helped me surprise her with a 21st birthday decoration in the bedroom. I would highly recommend anyone to give this place a try! I can promise you now, me and my wife will be returning.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The housekeeper Karolina and the management team KP and Mandy were so amazing. There are 6 suites in total, and we were lucky to have such friendly neighbors. The unit is quite spacious, even with the pull-out couch open for a 3rd guest. Washroom is modern/ recently renovated. Kitchen has a full-size fridge, toaster, plug-in stove/ cooktop, drip coffee maker, kitchen utensils, tupperware containers and more! They also provide free drinkable water via those gallon dispensers. There is a key to access the storage cabinet located on the bottom floor, and you can just fill up your water bottle or the jug they provide for each room. If you need anything, KP and Mandy are easily accessible via WhatsApp. One of our room fans broke, and they replaced it the next day. Can't say enough good things about our stay. The location is amazing, and so many restaurants and bars are within a 5 minute walking distance.

We had an amazing week here. Great location, very comfortable and well stocked room. But Mandy and KP are what make Aqua Vista extra special. This small but quaint resort with 6 suites is located on the beach with awesome views and exceptional location. Located within 3 blocks of 5 excellent restaurants and bars with live music. The resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The hosts Amanda & KP are extremely helpful and available and easily became our friends. The housekeeper Carolina made everything perfect. She kept us without need for anything...even doing our laundry mid-week and cooking an evening Belizeean dinner for us.

The location is perfect for Ambergris Caye/San Pedro. You wake up to the beach/fall asleep to the waves. It's literally less than 3 blocks from 5 great restaurants/bars with live music most every night. The resort is small but quaint with only 6 units. The units are simple, but very cozy and extremely well maintained. The hosts Amanda and KP were available and extremely helpful/knowledgeable. Carolina, the housekeeper is another wonderful person. She did laundry for us mid-week, and cooked us an amazing Belize dinner one evening for small fee. We really enjoyed her and her daughter's company! Pictures don't really depict how beautiful the beach is as the seaweed is just about ready to cleaned up and gone for the season. It's not specific to this resort, it's just what happens yearly on the western Caribbean!

Wonderful location set back from the water. We had a second level unit and had a wonderful view of the sunrise through the trees. Great space in the front of the unit to relax with a refrigerator and sink. Quiet bedroom in the back of the unit.
